Product Information
The Reefer Flexitank is engineered based on the principles of fluid mechanics. The structure of the flexitank is enhanced to control the dynamic flow of liquid inside and to reduce the pressure exerted on the side walls during transportation. Chilled air circulates through the entire surface of the flexitank, including the bottom and top, ensuring that your products are well protected during transit.
The Reefer Flexitank is equipped with robust lining materials that transform the interior of the reefer container to be like that of a general-purpose dry container, creating a safe environment for flexitank transportation.
Flexitanks can be sterilized using gamma radiation, ensuring an aseptic environment for liquids during transit. Gamma ray sterilization is one of the most reliable, effective, and commonly used alternative sterilization methods today.This process results in free electrons detaching DNA molecules from living organisms, which is lethal to microorganisms such as bacteria, yeast, and mold.
